She worked in Education and in the not-for-profit company sector. Since retirement she has been a Trustee of several charitable and community organisations. She has experience of obtaining funding for important projects. Her interest in community housing is based on her belief that communities musts be diverse and supportive of all. Young people, young families and older people should all have good quality and secure housing.  In the current situation this is not possible, for many.
